Position Summary

Business analysis is one of the core skills of business analysts. Developing technical solutions to business problems, begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements. Managing requirements at the project level can help fulfill business needs

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of consolidated financial results for region/country on monthly and quarterly basis

  • Analysis of financial data (budgets/Plans, income statement, forecast etc.) and updating of presentations/charts.

  • Ensuring updating of data in various tools and trackers such as DSO, GM and lead discussion on Monthly Closings.

  • Conduct analysis on monthly trends and monitor business performance against business plan and rolling forecast.

  • Maintaining and updating database of various other key financial metrics that we need on adhoc basis.

  • Support and maintain month-end and year-end close process and keep operations management informed of financial results.

  • Supervising all projects financials by coordinating with all team members including project accountants, project controls and Operations management.

  • Prepare required financial reporting, including variance analysis of actuals with forecast, financial project close-out packages and other specialized reports, as required by the client.

  • Develop and document business processes narratives of accounting policies to maintain and improve internal controls.

  • Monitors and confirms business condition by conducting audits; providing information to internal & external auditors.

  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

  • Partner with other departments to improve processes of business and coordinate work with cost control department.

  • Implement accounting best-practices and tools to drive growth and efficiency and establishing, monitoring, and enforcing controls.

  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

  • Prepares various reports by using system tools and collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and various trends.

  • Coordinate with General Accountants for tax matters to ensure financials are in accordance with GAAP

  • Handle all aspects of the cash flow from invoicing to collections and maintain system of collection and calculations

  • Reconciling all crucial accounts in General legers on Monthly basis

  • Exposure of Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables and review of all payrolls & other entries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, MIS or any equivalent

  • 5 Years of related experience

  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.

  • Advance level skills of oracle and business analytical tools. Proficient in Microsoft spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.
