The modern rooms of Crowne Plaza Hotel Al Khobar are soundproofed, with a

large private bathroom attached and furnished with a stylish work desk. They are

all equipped with big LCD screen, providing a wide selection of satellite TV

As Front Office Manager, you will ensure that the front office team

demonstrate the highest standards of guest care and welcome on front desk. You

will be responsible for the training and development of the team and will drive

them to achieve maximum guest feedback scores and increasing revenue potential.

Also as the front Officer Manager you will be responsible for managing and

motivating your team. You will be required to ensure that all staff within your

department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy.

You will also be responsible for the Recruitment and Selection of your team and

for managing any Employee Relations issues with the support of the Human

Resources Department. You will actively guide and direct the whole team to

ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and

service delivery.

This position requires three years supervisoryexperience.

Age - 35 - 45 years

Education - University Graduate

Languages Required - Fluent in Arabic and English

Experience - At least three years in a similar capacity gained in an

International Hotel chain. Competent in the use of Opera V.4. Knowledge of

Holidex a definite advatnage. Expert user of MS Office.
