We are currently looking to hire a senior

Consulting Sales Executive for Oracle Consulting Sauidi, to cover a specific set of accounts and

solution lines.

This role is based in Jeddah.


  • Working closely with Consultingand Sales Management in order to identify, qualify and maximize theconsulting opportunities for both Oracle Applications and Technologywithin existing or new accounts (services for SaaS & PaaS).

  • Identifying the appropriateOracle Consulting Value Proposition and interpret it to the prospectiveclient.

  • Managing prospects and clientsrelationships.

  • Generating proposals either aspart of a license lead opportunity or for consulting services.

  • Acting as an ambassador forOracle Consulting in new clients.

  • Generating, communicating anddelivering an Account Plan for each account.

  • Managing the bid process forconsulting according to Oracle business processes and procedures.

  • Accurately forecasting againstplans and targets.

  • Developing and maintainingrelationships with key decision makers in the designated and new accounts.

  • Monitoring the delivery ofconsulting business once won to ensure margins are maintained and clientsremain satisfied.

  • Acting as a point of escalationand resolutions for unresolved client issues.

  • Pro-actively updating industryand product knowledge.

  • Contributing to the developmentof Oracle Value Propositions for the industry.

  • Working with designated partnerorganizations on specific opportunities.


  • Write proposals with input fromall relevant expertise in compliance with Oracle standards.

  • Present proposals to clientsand manages them through the client approval process.

  • Maintain accurate records ofall sales activities and key contacts in the account(s).

  • Produce regular and accurateforecasts as requested by the regional Consulting Sales Director.

  • Obtain appropriate managementapproval for proposals.

  • Ensure the contracts arelegally compliant and commercially viable.

  • Manage the execution of salesactivities (e.g. demos and presentations).

  • Hand over responsibility fordelivery to Delivery Management and monitors the delivery progress.

  • Feed back on consultants’performance to Delivery management.

  • Research and communicatecurrent industry trends, drivers and potential.

  • Maintain a breadth of knowledgeof Oracle's products and services.

  • Operate in line with Oraclebusiness processes and procedures.


  • several years of professionalexperience and knowledge of selling/delivering Applications/Technologyconsulting services to customers.

  • Business process and solutionarchitecture knowledge.

  • Implementation projectexperience with standard software solutions.

  • Results orientation.

  • Good verbal and written Arabic and English.

  • Good communication skills (bothfor internal and external clients).

  • Team working oriented.

  • Proven successful solutions(project and or services) oriented sales.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.

Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.

8-12 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
