P&G Associate Manager, Trade Marketing are entrepreneurs who represent products from P&G's to our diverse customers across the Arabian Peninsula. As an Associate Manager, you will learn about your accounts, products, industry, and the Company's business practices. Associate Managers in Trade Marketing influence our customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations.

Your prime responsibility is to develop short and long-term strategies and identify business building opportunities via collaborative partnerships to create Joint Value for both P&G and customer. You have the unique obligation to serve as the voice of the Customer to our Company and categories. You will have the chance to experience high level of leadership & communication skills in your daily & monthly planning and via interaction with customers.

Responsibilities include: * Sell Volume, distribution, merchandising, shelving, and pricing. * Help the trade customers resell our brands. * Establish goodwill. * Operate efficiently and economically. * Ensure excellent deployment for the shelving, visibility, or displays contracts. * Controls professionally budgets and allocations, and – where applicable – ensure payments from trade are collected on time. * Reflects our core values and principles in daily work with customers, employees, colleagues, and management. * Updates Unit Manager with the requested data accurately and on time (stocks, estimates, daily Sales, pricing, competition … etc.) * Train, coach, monitor, and motivate the merchandisers on a daily basis to ensure getting maximum productivity. * Utilize Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) and Category Management approach where applicable. * Learn and utilize conceptual selling in your section.   • Minimum education of BA or BS.
  • Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Saudi National or hold a one of GCC nationality
