Schneider Electric Acting IG Manager in Riyadh Plants, Saudi Arabia

  • Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, standards, automated systems and tools for IG purchasing management in line with the supply chain and MEZEC strategic orientations.

  • Responsible for the overall IG purchasing performance in ECSA KSA including design, implementation and monitoring of the IG operations, as per SE policy and procedure, and ensure compliance with international and KSA laws related to import/export activity.

  • Monitor & review IG projects plan against deadline targets to ensure on time delivery.

  • Ensure effective projects follow up control; manage and implement IG improvement action plans.

  • Follow up on department KPIs with staff on a periodical basis, provide and analyze IG KPIs, mainly On-time delivery for SC management in order to review and take appropriate actions to improve performance.

  • Manage relation with IG suppliers, supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, and cost through regular supplier business reviews.

  • Ensure the BOFO charter is implemented with all factories and respected.

  • Challenge offers (mainly costing) coming from different factories.

  • Joint-responsibility with project managers for projects deliveries.

  • To liaise with project managers on open orders and discuss with them on their requirement to re-schedule delivery dates or escalate to higher authority in the supply chain process.

  • Check all orders patterns and take appropriate prioritizing to production and stock allocation to ensure on-time delivery and that other projects order are not affected.

  • To manage and coordinate all internal customer complaints in order to answer in the best possible time.

  • Ensure efficient handling of Problems and queries within a minimized time frame through direct contact and a general goodwill is extended to service providers and internal customers.

  • 6 year of experience in projects management and Supply chain.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills Arabic and English.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively and handle several projects concurrently.

  • Strong MS Excel and presentations skills

  • System know how – ERP end user.

  • Organized and well-structured style of meeting Commitments.

  • Team player with good interpersonal and leadership skill.

  • Possesses good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
