Role Summary:

GE Healthcare operation GMP is an established program for the freshly graduated students who meet the required criteria. The aim of this program is to build and develop the right talent from early phase

Essential Responsibilities:

: during the year of training. Candidates of GMP are required to rotate through different functions related to customer services. This year of training is divided into four main operations related to service center, service delivery, logistics and business operation. Each one of these rotation will assist the entrant to build the required knowledge and expertise toward a holistic understanding of customers’ satisfaction and services. Applicants are required to build their soft skills as well as the hard skills by being fully engaged in the provided on job training, online and classrooms

Qualifications/Requirements:

": The program is targeting Business management/ business administration newly graduates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English & Arabic. Quality Specific Goals: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
