Vinnell Arabia Night Shift/Supply/Tech Lead in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsible for inventory management of the Airfield Support Services (AFSS) warehouse. Performs Logistics/Supply Chain Management duties related to equipment/facilities, equipment/parts ordering, establishing reorder levels, receipt tracking. Assist with shipping repair and return items, monthly inventory reports, stock level tracking, forecast and optimization, and warehouse transactions and quantities in the Maximo system.
Administer supply chain management to include requisition and inventory of materials and staff supervision.
Prepare and maintain required forms, records, correspondence, reports, and files; ensure proper documentation for accuracy; meet on-time metrics.
Maintain 100% accountability of all supplies and supply records assigned to the warehouse.
Achieve ordering, purchasing, inventory control, and distribution of materials.
Manage the organizations forecast planning function using inventory levels, production lead time, and demand level; coordinates with vendors and customers to determine optimal inventory levels.
Assist with daily warehousing operations to include receiving, material handling, transport of materials, and coordination with other AFSS departments.
Train customer personnel to develop and maintain an effective supply/parts management regime.
Adhere to policies and procedures for testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of materials.
Control disposal/recycling of items beyond economical repair IAW DoD and local regulations.
Utilize Maximo system to generate reports and interpret results.
Unload/upload of incoming/outgoing inventory from trucks; stock inventory to warehouse locations; pull inventory for issue to customers; and operate material handling equipment.
Follow policies and procedures for inventory handling; perform inventory cycle counts; research missing parts and assign to correct locations.

B. Independence: Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods. Authority to provide input to the Warehouse Supervisor to assist with selecting and implementing goals and objectives within execution of duties and responsibilities.
*C. Supervisory Responsibilities: *Reports the Warehouse Supervisor. Supervises, trains, and directs individuals as assigned. Performs duties as supervisor in absence of the warehouse supervisor.
A. Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Post-Secondary Education (i.e. Associate’s Degree) or military training preferred.
B. Experience: minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fields of quality control, supply, distribution, warehousing, shipping and receiving, and packaging.
C. Specific knowledge, skills, ability: must possess an understanding of the US Army aviation logistics system specific to aircraft maintenance and repair. Quality Control and Supply Chain experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work swiftly and accurately; ability to effectively communicate in English and Arabic with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
