The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the PMCM Practice in all aspects of the business, i.e. client engagement, sales strategy, projects delivery and operations performance excellence, recruiting, safety. Responsible for setting both short term goals and strategic objectives while creating a leadership and mentoring culture including growing a business unit over a large geographical area. This position is responsible for implementation of a regional business plan. The Regional Operations Manager leads by example; drives all aspects of performance, compliance with policies and procedures, work processes and delivers on the JV’s Vision, Mission and Values.

  • Establish and drive a sales culture into all levels of the organization focused on growth

  • Manage G&A, including support staff assigned to region

  • Prepare and monitor an annual budget and quarterly forecast for business unit

  • Partner with Sales teams, Project Controls and Quality in support of operational excellence for the region

  • Develops an annual business plan ensuring clients are valued partners while delivering profitable growth

  • Develop multiple market strategies as required to grow a competitive advantage within the Buildings and Infrastructure PMCM business unit

  • Progress and manage key client / community relationships

  • Leadership, mentoring and management and recruitment of multiple Project Managers, Directors and Business Leaders/Manager of Projects

  • Prepare a multi-year business strategic plan for long term operational goals

  • Monitor staff bill rates, margin and overhead costs on a monthly basis

  • Review and manage business unity risk on a monthly basis

  • Provide the processes, tools and support required to insure operational excellence


  • Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management or Engineering

  • 20 years of Construction & Engineering industry experience required

  • Currently managing multiple client accounts

  • Complete understanding of the construction industry

  • Extensive knowledge of financial operations

  • Proven risk management and contracting knowledge within PMCM industry

  • Exhibits strong leadership and mentoring qualities

  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

  • Ability to delegate work appropriately

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
