SAP has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated sales professional: we are currently seeking an experienced senior sales executive to drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into a select list of key accounts . With a successful track record of over-quota selling to the business and with solid business acumen, you will have the opportunity to really make a difference, both to SAP and to our customers.
As a key part of our growth plans, this role offers the chance to build and develop new strategic relationships and directly influence the direction of our business in this territory going forward. The role involves a combination of new business and selling to existing SAP accounts.
We are looking for entrepreneurial A-players with a consistent track record of success selling into Tier 1 organisations, and who want to maximise the potential offered by SAP’s unrivalled portfolio. As an experienced new business software solution expert you will be confident in selling to C-level.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Discuss business issues and sell to C-level
Apply business insight and marketing understanding to present and align solutions with customers’ strategic business objectives
Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively
Negotiate and close deals in a complex long-cycle deals
Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the SAP’s solutions
Qualify and maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
Nurture mutually beneficial long term relationships with clients and strategic partners
Minimum 5 or more years of successful enterprise sales experience along with a strong history of quota attainment required
Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
Proven experience in selling application software and/or SaaS solutions to C-Level including CFO, CPO and CEO required.
Past software sales experience in the ENR area
Consistent and high income track record of above OTE achievement
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :
University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
Highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, and ethics
High standard of excellence, professionalism, and role model behavior
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment
