Vinnell Arabia Senior Developer/Trainer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Initiate and coordinate the integration of LAV variants new maintenance/weapons NGMS training programs to support the SANG Training Base, new doctrinal development, modernized equipment, Simulator and Simulations, to include Command and Control Simulations, into the appropriate NGMS Curriculum POIs. As the major National Guard Military Schools institutional training document provides the guidance for the conduct of a course and outlines the individual critical tasks required of a specific military occupational specialty and skill level. All POI materials will be in accordance with SANG Management and Operations Procedures, Volume 1, 3, 6, 11, and Publications Standards Document Volume I. The contents of all programs of instruction are based on approved, systematic training analysis, which standardizes training for all the Saudi Arabian National Guard. Developer/Trainer as Subject Matter Expire (SME), by professionally skilled in the five phase of System Approach to Curriculum Development: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation process of NGMS Program of Instruction (POIs).
Provides LAVs assistance and training to NGMS Officers/NCOs in support of NGMS POIs.
Coordinates with the NGMS SSS/CSS/INF Maintenance/Weapons Training Wing Commander’s for any LAVs training needs.
Develops POIs NGMS Program of Instruction in support the NGMS to enhance their operational capabilities.
Performs other mission-related tasks as required.
Assists OPM-MNG and NGMS with implementation phase of LAVs training program.
Develops staffs and submits to OPM-MNG for approval POIs, and assists with LAVs training integration, doctrinal development and standardization procedures.
Assists Chief Trainer, POIDS as required.
B. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise one (1) Saudi.
A. Education Level: High School Graduate. Advance Non-Commissioned Officer Course graduate. An equivalent combination of college level courses, military training, and job site experience may be substituted.
B. Experience: Six (6) years of experience in the US military training methods of instruction.
C. Specific Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements: Must have detailed knowledge and experience with the US Army Systems Approach to Training, with current US Army methods of instruction and with training doctrine procedures. Incumbent must have thorough knowledge of US military training development techniques, processes and procedures. Professional training experience in a multi-cultural environment is desired. Must possess superior ability in expression of thoughts. Both orally and writing. Expertise in the use MS Office Suite applications.
