Alstom Transport as member of the FAST consortium is in charge of providing the Transit System for the package 3 of the project of construction of the Riyadh metro.

The OPC Controller will be in charge of managing on the interface of all OPC Area Construction Managers and conduct all necessary actions related to Organization issues, Reporting, Documentation Management among others.

The OPC Controller will report to the Project Construction Manager

Job functions:

  • Feed, maintain and control the OPC Action Log in coordination with the OPC project team

  • Organize Action log reviews between the CM and the Product Lines/Support functions and update the Action log accordingly

  • Consolidate and issue the internal Weekly report in coordination with the OPC project team

  • Write and issue the external Weekly report to the Project Management in coordination with Construction Manager

  • Update the Organization charts of the project team in coordination with the HR team

  • Write Minutes of meetings

  • Participate in the production of the OPC Monthly Progress Reports and the Monthly Project Reviews

  • Interface with OPC Area Construction Managers, Construction Coordinators and OPC Planners

  • Perform the Work Package Cost Control quarterly update (training will be provided) with all associated presentation preparation and updates

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Project Management or Business Administration

  • First experience in a major Infrastructure Project or major Company Branch Management will be a plus

  • Fluent in the use of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Ability to operate in an international and multi-lingual environment

  • Good communication skills

  • English is essential, French a plus.
