Functions as the Aviation Maintenance Production Control lead under the direction of the aviation maintenance division manager. Oversees and manages all maintenance activities; directs and coordinates the program activities of aviation maintenance (ASB/Limited Depot); coordinates aviation logistics and supply chain management for all platforms, ALSE, AGSE and back shops. Provide aircraft maintenance Production Control management support to Vinnell Arabia in support of MNG Aviation Command. Participate in the coordination of the scheduling of aircraft to meet the contractual operational readiness rates, and Customer mission requirements. Plan, schedule, and streamline all scheduled maintenance actions to afford Vinnell Arabia and MNG Aviation Command maximum flexibility with aircraft availability and readiness. Streamline work processes to reduce maintenance cycle time while improving aircraft maintenance operations and readiness. Ensure established work standards and procedures are developed and adhered to. Establish and monitor an aircraft time-change components schedule to ensure replacement components are ordered in a timely manner to meet MNG Aviation Command flying hour and maintenance requirements. Manage the controlled exchange program and ensure all necessary documentations are completed when executing control exchanges. Train selected MNG Aviation Command personnel to develop and maintain an effective Production Control management system and conduct effective Production Control operations. Ensure that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.
Ensures that maintenance functional activities and procedures are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates IAW contractual requirements.
Responsible for the establishment of maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports (daily, monthly, yearly) that provide immediate situational awareness of platform OR rates.
Establish daily maintenance organizational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in order to achieve stated OR rates.
In coordination with VA and the Aviation Logistics supervisor establish the daily maintenance support plan.
Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, and measures; reports in IAW the quality control inspection program for all maintenance and in coordination with Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities.
Report inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance and supporting maintenance activities to the Aviation LIMS Manager.

Aircraft shop Supervisor
Quality Control section Supervisor
Conducts daily production control meeting for coordination and synchronization of all aviation maintenance support functions.
Coordinates maintenance training activities and requirements with the Training Manager.
Supports a professional development program in support of Saudization-localization.
Ensures all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
Develops, establishes, and executes, in coordination with the Flight Operations, the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) process and procedure.
Responsible to coordinate with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for matters relating to aircraft maintenance, airframes, warranties and downed aircraft recovery team (DART) activities.
Ensure all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.
Represent all VA Battalion support at BN maintenance meetings.
*B. Independence: * Authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.
C. Supervisory Responsibilities: Primary supervisor of all maintenance support operations. Property accountability and amount TBD.
A. Education Level: Associate’s Degree required Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

Experience: *Ten years cumulative experience in aviation maintenance. 5 Years’ experience as an aircraft mechanic or maintenance technician. 2 years’ experience as a Production Control Officer or Supervisor. 5 years Supervisory experience in aviation maintenance for required. Ten years’ experience as aviation Production Control Officer or Supervisor desired.
C. Specific Skill:
Be able to use aviation enterprise logistics systems e.g. ULLS-Ae, computer hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft forms and other aircraft related documentation.
Be able to use Microsoft Office Suite to prepare various reports, charts and other related documents.
Ability to communicate both orally and written.
Ability to effectively deal with people in the supervision of staff and team members.
Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
