Vinnell Arabia Vehicle/GSE Maintenance Supply Repair Parts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsible for: Performing logistical support functions in acquiring ground parts. This includes parts and material ordering, parts expediting, maintaining and warehousing inventory and cataloging and automated (ULLS-G) parts operations. Duties include accounting, stocking, issue, transfer and receipt of associated GSE/vehicle parts and equipment assigned to the customer, inventory gains and losses, re-identifications, inventory updates, submission of surveys, sub-custody information and item requisitions. Ground support equipment parts storekeepers order, receive, inspect, stow, preserve, package, ship and issue materials/cargo; account for VA and customer materials and funds expenditures; prepare and maintain required forms, records, correspondence, reports and files. Performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to Organizational Maintenance Supply support actions, local, or other supply activities
Ensures that supply chain maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated VA organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates IAW contractual requirements.
Responsible for compliance with established maintenance supply parts systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of assigned vehicles/GSE OR rates.
Establishes daily maintenance supply parts operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in order to achieve stated OR rates.
Oversees the daily supply parts management of individually assigned vehicles /GSE in coordination with the supply chain manager as part of the vehicle/ GSE section.
Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards.

*B. Independence: *Follows instructions of the vehicle GSE maintenance lead. Authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.

*A. Education Level: *Civilian High School diploma or equivalent and vocational Training in logistics.
B. Experience: Minimum of four (4) years experience at the journeyman level, specifically in vehicle supply. Working knowledge of logistics duties in a motor pool type environment.
C. Specific knowledge, skill, and ability requirements: Knowledgeable in working with technical logistic and maintenance manuals. Ability to communicate in English. Work safely and an ability to work well with others.
