MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To lead the execution of the business development and marketing strategies through a team resulting in achieving and exceeding both sales and profitability goals.
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
·Managing the business model which currently could be direct or distributor based.
·Establish a network with the key stakeholders in the Hospitals: Physicians, and Key opinion leaders.
·Developing and managing relationships with high profile customers, accounts and opinion leaders and of course working with sales reps of the Distributor (if applicable).
·Monitoring, analyzing, reporting on competitors' products, strategies and driving appropriate business response.
· Will be responsible for sales and marketing activities of the PMR portfolio
·Manages the Profit and Loss (PL) asset performance of the business unit.
·Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Supply chain, Planning, Business Development, RD, Clinical and Regulatory teams will play a critical role to success. Add
·Serve as a strategic leader for the business, partnering with senior management in leading business-wide initiatives that deliver sustainable revenue growth and increased profitability
·Lead the Strategic Planning, Project Prioritization and Portfolio Management activities for the Business Unit, working to continuously improve our therapy opportunity assessment, prioritization and decision-making process while ensuring business unit strategies are aligned with corporate strategies.
·Lead the development of the Business unit Strategic Plan, working in close collaboration with business leadership in developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve long-term growth objectives.
·The ability to communicate effectively to drive results, establishing collaborative relationships, handles and resolves conflict effectively.
·Strong business financial acumen to influence key business decisions based on business analysis. Strong understanding of business and financial drivers
·Influence worldwide marketing management to successfully implement marketing strategies and tactics at the local level.
·Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key customers and KOLs across the globe.
·Develop sales tools and collateral appropriate to the core positioning and messaging for the product.
·Define and implement plans to increase sales of business unit products and to maximize the positive impact on the financial performance of the business unit products, including marketing and sales campaigns, pricing strategies, product phase in/ phase out, and inventory and distribution management.
·Maintain the company’s ethical position. Effectively communicate and manage company business conduct policies.
·Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the customer base. Effectively build a positive working relationship between Medtronic and key accounts.
·Knowledge of marketing analysis, practices, strategies, planning.
·Strong project management and coordination skills.
·Able to quickly prioritize jobs under pressure and anticipate the changing needs of customers.
·Leadership and motivation skills as demonstrated by a record of involvement in team, fraternal or philanthropic organizations-in a leadership role.
·Goal setting and implementation skills demonstrated by a clear record of accomplishments in prior personal and professional pursuits.
·Able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
·Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Arabic is essential.
·Business or healthcare related Degree (medical or scientific)
·Fluency in English and Arabic
· About 8 – 10 years Sales, Marketing, Business development experience in the Region and atleast about 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
· Knowledge of the market dynamics in the region
·Experience on key account management
Applicants must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
