Eaton Corporation Sales Engineer (KSA) in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Complete B-Line & Crouse-Hind products selling into the industrial segments in Saudi Arabia Jubail and Yanbu

A. Meet all Consultants and contractors in the market and specify products.

B. Own the AVL for SABIC and Jubail facilities for B-Line & Crouse-Hind products

C. Understand & Evaluate the offer to the customer including technical and commercial terms

D. Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing issues or technical clarifications

E. Liaise with business units for techno-commercial negotiations on project inquiries and non-standard items

F. Review and assess technical specification, BOQ (bill of quantity) to determine suitable product offering

G. Leverage the Eaton cross selling to ensure maximum Eaton product coverage.

H. Drive and negotiate the project offers to maximize the conversion rate.

I. Ensure the timely execution of the orders whenever necessary by taking lead to manage the customer expectations to meet Customer Satisfaction.

K. Meet the profit plan of the team and the individual targets on a quarterly basis to ensure the annual success.


  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

  • 3-4 years of experience in similar role offering solutions to Industrial customers.

  • Technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation products for harsh and hazardous environments, and Cable Support Systems

  • Application knowledge on Eaton’s solutions

  • Strong Microsoft office skills (outlook, excel)
