HRS Operations Analyst

Support a broad range of services including government regulations, severance, leave of absence and other human resource administrative processes. You will provide human resource services delivering positive results to the human resources function, employees and managers. You will provide guidance and support to quickly resolve employee questions while directing employees to proper delivery channels.
Provide flawless end to end execution of Human Resource services and processes to support business objectives
Build easy and intuitive systems and processes to enable right and fast delivery of Human Resource solutions
Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a progressive and global Human Resources organization
Approximately 70% of the time to perform the Regional Analyst duties as follows:
HRS processes (Standard Operatig Procedures, SOPs and Process Maps, PMs)
Driving process improvements/updates as needed initiated either by own findings or triggered by customers/HRS colleagues including outcomes of CI (continuous Improvement) process; this includes driving process improvement both within HRS team as well as with other stakeholders like HR, GMS, Payroll etc.
Stakeholder management – regular MOS with the different functional partners – run OVOC sessions and drive actions from the feedback received
Cooperating closely with HRS Specialists – be single point of escalation for complex queries, etc.
Maintaining and updating SOPs and PMs on regular basis to ensure latest accurate versions are always available
Conduct training for HRS organization on targeted administrative process changes
Serve as a subject matter expert on the administrative aspects of one or more of the assigned areas.
Tier meetings structure and meeting operational KPIs
Conducting Quality Audits for the Specialists in the team and provide regular feedback on the Customer Focus, Quality and Speed
Conducting regular 1:1 with the Specialists
Analysis / Reporting
Running analysis on the CSAT / CES results, identify opportunities to improve Speed and Quality
Analyzing CIs for the team as per above
Approximately 30% of the time to act as HRS Operations Specialist
Processes connected to on-boarding and new starters administration;
Time & Attendance administration;
Changes and transfers administration;

YOU MUST HAVE
Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidanceSome Human Resources or Employee Services experienceExcellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive mattersStrong project management skills. Exposure to difficult or complex projects while managing multiple prioritiesAbility to influence stakeholders and drive changeAbility to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolutionEffective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor´s Degree level or equivalent in HR related discipline preferred
Experience within a corporate; preferred
Previous experience with analysis, reporting
Qualification requirements & certificates
Green Belt Core Certification preferred or required to obtain within 12 months in the role
Professional Skills and Knowledge:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel), Salesforce CRM system, PeopleSoft preferred
Knowledge of HR systems and processes
Required skills and personal characteristics
Ability to influence others, lead indirect teams
Demonstrated ability to drive change
Excellent communication skills at all levels in organization
