Cluttons PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR - SAUDI ARABIA in Olaya District Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A property administrator within Cluttons Saudi offices, working as part of the team within the property management department and on projects. Full time liaison between Landords, Tenants and Cluttons leasing agents, with responsibility for the start to end leasing administration process and customer service enquiry handling.

  • To assist in the management of a portfolio of properties on behalf of our clients to meet statutory and contractual requirements

  • To develop your knowledge of procedures, compliance, legislation and contracts to a high standard

  • To work with the Lettings & Maintenance Managers to maintain a high level of performance, both at a personal and a team level

  • To use the tools provided by the company, including the database, effectively and efficiently to enable maximum operational productivity

  • To maintain the accuracy of information entered onto the database to enable more useful and meaningful feedback to clients, customers and related departments

  • To deliver effective solutions to clients, customers and other teams

  • To provide a first point of contact for all tenant enquiries, queries and complaints, relating to lettings and maintenance

  • To deal with third party requests for information.

  • 2 – 3 years experience in the relevant field

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Fluent speaker of the English language

  • Driving licence

  • Demonstrable record of working within a professional environment, following best practice and process within an administrative role

  • Substantial evidence of database input/management

  • Experience in working with in a client and customer facing role
