Johnson Controls Client Service Manager in Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

  • Supervises the client service department, ensuring accurate, prompt, and efficient order management processes throughout the order life cycle.

  • Supervises service reps in the development of short and long range account plans to achieve management objectives and exceed customer expectations.

  • May support sales team in contract negotiation by providing professional trade knowledge, monitor order release and order implementation process, provide sales analysis and report to management.

  • Often explains facts, practices, policies to both internal and external parties.

  • Infrequently uses influence to convince both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches

  • Regularly Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.

  • Makes minor changes.

  • Less often Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as party of day-to-day activities.

Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Experience of 5 Years.
