Supervise a Field Service Engineering team for the Honeywell Home and Building Technologies organization. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop future managers.

* YOU MUST HAVE *

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.

* RESPONSIBILITIES *

Lead the service operations for any forthcoming airfield contracts in the region

Be the single point of contact between the client's AGL division and the operations & sales teams of Honeywell

Attend customer meetings, reverting on client communication & work closely with the service team to implement service procedures aligned to Honeywell service

Provide technical direction to onsite shift leaders for resolution of complex problems

Weekly meeting with AGL maintenance team members for identification of improvements/areas and analyze the resource utilization for the month

Ensure adherence to service documents (Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Preventive Maintenance Tracker, Project Incident Reports) in order to adhere to the standards of the site as per ICAO.

Identify training areas for the team through the Honeywell skill tool matrix and impart training on a monthly basis, wherever identified.

Ensure deployment of & adherence to the maintenance management system

Ensure proper inventory control and ordering of spare parts

Write shift rosters and ensure adherence

Implement Health, Safety & Environment regulations at site with proper supporting documents.
